My favorite prank was years ago on April Fools day 2008 -

I just noticed a copier repair guy looking at our photocopier out in the hall just a sec ago. Well....yesterday I made 10 photocopies of a paperclip so that it was just a blank piece of paper with a paperclip on the corner. After I made the copies, I put the blank copied paper with the paperclip on the corner back in the hopper so that anyone that copied something would have an image of a paperclip on the corner.

Well, the day goes by and I hear nothing so I assumed no one made any copies and think nothing of it. Well, today ( 4/2 ) rolls around and out in the hall near the copier I hear people talking. So I get up to see what is going on out there. When I walked by, I hear a coworker telling the copier service guy that there must be a paperclip in there somewhere because yesterday he made 10 copies of something and they all had a paperclip on it.

Well, the repair guy is now in there taking the copier apart looking for a nonexistent paperclip.

I still have not told my co-workers that was me....but I have something similar planned for this year
