Your IN attorney ended up sleeping with the girl you were trying to evict, so he botched the case and now she has clear title to your rent property?

no, I can't get into specifics, mostly b/c I don't know that much about it, but my wife's friend filed bankruptcy and the lawyer "forgot" to actually file her case.

Every State has a Bar Association. Call them, and they will have the papers you (actually the client, of course) can fill in. They will do an investigation. Despite what the public thinks, State Bar Associations are hard on attorneys. The client can also file a lawsuit against the attorney for malpractice.

She never got a Docket number?

Did she pay him in full?

How long did he forget?

... All i did was find the info. That's the extent of my involvement in this.
Rest of it isn't my issue, i have enough of my own pending legal actions to worry about.
