It's been a year. Boy oh boy. :ack:

I'm grateful for my health, a roof over my head, good friends and my two kids here with me tonight. We just finished a dinner of butternut squash bisque and lobster tails. Now just relaxing and listening to music. Looks like we're in for some light snow tomorrow. :)

For all who count themselves as my friends, health and happiness to you all. I'm grateful for all of you. :cert:

It's been an interesting year for me as well. Working all summer in the BWCAW, plus I tried my hand at winter camping over the last week (it got down to single digits, Trina and I slept out in just sleeping bags). Trina was really sick after Thanksgiving and I'm really grateful for the great health insurance we have.

I'm headed to Dallas in a few days for the National BSA OA meeting, but I'm pretty much stuck at the conference center the whole time. If I get some free time I'll try to see if I can meet up with any of the DFW folks.
