Just heard the new law proposal on the news tonight. Under the new law, any situation where someone stands their ground, the "aggressor" will not be able to claim castle doctrine/stand your ground, and all situations will be openly investigated by the police as a regular shooting/assault.

So basically, all in all, they did away with the law, because now if someone threatens you, and you shoot them, and they dont die...they will say you were the aggressor. If you kill them, you will be arrested for murder, and tried for murder.

So whats the point of the law at all.

My view...dont let em lie, double tap to the chest, let the coroner sort it out.

the "aggressor"

Means the perp has to be the one making the threat, isn't it already that way? :island14:

Libtards love it when the law is on the criminals side. They are hypocrites of the worst kind. Check this video of Feinstein. I guess shit is good for them but not for us. These F'rs make my blood boil.

That's exactly what I predicted they'd do, and the main reason so many people reflexively labeled Zimmerman a racist/macho/gun nut/wanna-be cop.

Red, get this. You know it's illegal here in FL for a CCW holder to double tap the criminal? Why you might ask. Well, I'll tell you.

Some jackass who was against SYG, Castle Doctrine, and CCW didn't want people going rogue and turning this place into the wild west the libs all say CCW laws will result in. The argument is that it's impossible to tell if the first or subsequent shots killed the shit-bag. Therefore, if the first shot didn't kill said bag-o-shit (hey, it happens), then you purposely committed murder with every shot after the first one and were not shooting just for self defense.

Makes a lot of sense, huh? I didn't think so either. What's the real bitch for Military, LEO, etc... ? Well, we've had it drilled into our brains that we double tap to ensure we stop the threat and it becomes instinct. Guess who's ****ed now if "instinct" kicks in? For those who say that the CCW holder should have better self control, let's try looking at it from another perspective (not quite as deadly, but you'll get the point...hollow? :D )and ask how instinctively something like blaming Bush, "assault weapons", and repeating talking points comes. Kinda hard to get over it, huh?
