The comment that "you're overchicked" has no value as a comparative judgement. It's basically just something people say; it has no meaning. Like when the cashier asks, "How are you?" It's convention rather than a question.

If Bradley Cooper was a member here and he posted a picture of Rosie O'Donnell rolling out of bed after a bender, someone would reply that he's overchicked.
