We've been receiving some complaints lately from those that use the "New Posts" feature, that this forum has seemingly become overrun with political threads.
We all know those discussions are (usually) kept to that section of the forum, but it seems many people don't wish to be alerted to all those new posts when searching the forum.
So, we have added a product which lets YOU decide what sections of the forum you don't wish to view new posts from.
You can access this from your UserCP. On the left, select "Edit Options". At the bottom of the options page, you will see a list of all the forum sections, click (or ctrl-click to select more than one section).

Selecting one (or more) of these sections, you will find any new posts from those filtered sections will no longer display in the "new posts" searches.
You are, of course, still free to view and participate in those sections you may choose to filter out.
Hope you find this new feature addresses your concerns. :seeya:
