I suspect all of you have been in a foul mood since Tuesday night (and rightfully so). Being blessed with empathy as well as always being the overly concerned one that I am regarding your stress and possible mental health issues, plus I'm not one who won't take one for the team......

The lack of rain is one of the reasons I live in SoCal. :seasix:
There are others like, the lack of weather below 40°F, lack of pine trees, I-95, humidity, short freeways, and few others.
I do like other states' house market, and gas prices.
