:seasix: Just damn!!! I couldn't probably even pick ONE of them off the ground with one hand. Two hands, maybe. One hand, never.

With that form, you're gonna hurt yourself.

Form will improve as arm strength increases. Same thing happened with the 50's when I first got them. This is only my 3rd week using the 75's. :seasix:

Shoes or not, those mofo's are crushing my feet if I drop them. :willy: That's my normal daily attire. That's my office in Sarasota. :cert:

It doesn`t have to do with dropping something on them.
It has to do with grip.
If there is sweat on the floor you`d be surprised how quick you fall on your ass when you`re torquing up those 75`s. :seasix:

Thank God for carpet. :D

You ain't kidding about torque. Holy hell that's a lot of mass moving around. Holding on to them is a challenge.

You may want to get straps and also worry about the negative control of the dumbell when they are on the way down also.

Try doing that with your back against a wall. It will be much more difficult.

Definitely getting straps, very soon. I am not strong enough to do it against a wall yet. :willy:

My routine:

1. Work out.

2. Injure myself

3. Take time off from working out

4. Start over and repeat ad infinitum

It's been working great. I'm not any stronger, but now everything hurts. It's awesome! :seasix:

Oh, congratulations on your progress, but like KP says, watch that form.
