I don't like that the rear glass doesn't wrap around. That's been a staple since '78. :toetap:

looks awful.

The C5 also looks huge even compared to the C6.

So you mean dated, just like the pop up lights where. I am glad they are moving forward with the design and not going retro.

I like all of it except for the side lights on the ass end.
It could be a little less edgy(sharp lines) though.

As long as the power train kicks ass, It'll grow on me. The light thingys on the rear quarter panel have GOT to go.

It's an artist rendering. Trinity animation. Right next to where it says "do not post without permission"

So if the side glass over the quarter panel is part of the hatch, where is the seam ? I don't see how the side glass and side window can be one piece :confused5:

I could'nt stand the C6 when it came out, now I do like the lines. I have to admit it does look more stylish than my C5 vert.

I like the lines here. I give it a :seasix: Even if it's a cartoon

I can understand the Camaro-like tail lights. At one time the Camaro was considered to "affordable little brother" to the Corvette. The 55-57 T-Birds shared tail lights with the "regular" 55-57 Fords. Since the present-day Camaro has been a huge success, maybe GM wants to re-establish the connection of Corvette to Camaro.

That can't be it. The C7, by design, will need to appeal to elderly individuals, and the lack of rear visibility in that rendering would require too much head turning while backing up. GM surely wouldn't want to cause spinal injuries among their customers.

It's also not conservative enough. It still needs more of the "design by committee" look in order to be considered a corvette.

I assume it still has a parts-bin steering wheel.

Still rather be in the Boogie Night's version.

Yes but today, Corvette is trying to whittle away the Porsche and Viper market. And for the most part NONE of that clientele are interested in anything to do with mullets and Camaros.
