That's right. Fire the guy who can't get a talented defense (I know except for the defensive backfield) to stop a 6 man high school team and promote the guy who can't get one of the most talented offenses (I know except for the O-line) to run for more than 35 yards/game.

This is even worse than the Campo years. Those teams had almost no talent (OK an old #8 and #22) and still won 5 games.....
