Dumped from the top 25. Knew that was coming. Went to the game last night with my wife. First game she had ever been to. What a disaster. I cried on the way home.

Way to go AD. Destroyed Arkansas football faster than Obama can destroy America.

:seasix: Thank you. Agree 100%. University of LA-Monroe converted on 7 of 8 fourth downs. Unbelievable. One scary moment was when team mates Alonzo Highsmith and Tevin Mitchell collided on a tackle. Highsmith speared Mitchell right in the chin and knocked Mitchell cold. Mitchell was sprawled out and had to be taken off by ambulance. He is moving his extremities today but is still in the hospital. Luckily, the hospital is two hundred yards from the stadium.

Damn Lee. Tough loss. :(

I was really worried about the Gators this week after last week's dismal display against Bowling Green but they pulled it off. I think Muschamp was sand bagging last week so that A&M couldn't plan too much for them. Next up? UT in Knoxville. They always play us tough up there. :willy:

ESPN game of the week. We blew it. They were going to be in Fayetteville filming "Tusk", our mascot for ESPN Game Day next Saturday. Now, it's UT-Florida. What a shame.

Oh, I know. We get everything we deserve too. Alabama is going to stomp a mud puddle in our ass and walk it dry. No doubt. I just wonder if we can keep it under 50?

A&M nearly pulled that one off. :yesnod:

I didn't get to watch the game but kept track of the score on my phone.

Not bad for A&M's first SEC outing, IMHO.

I told you early, A & M is going to do a lot better in this league this year than people have given them credit for. Missouri, not so much.

All in all, after reflection, I can say without a doubt that if Frank Broyles would have still been the AD, John L. Smith would be out of a job today - and he should be. Shit, they fired Jack Crowe for losing to The Citadel, you can fire Smith for this debacle.

Nearly 20 years have passed since Crowe was on the sideline for one of the Arkansas football program’s darkest days — the 10-3 loss to The Citadel on Sept. 5, 1992. The coach, who was beginning his third season with the Hogs, paid the ultimate price for the embarrassment the next day when he being fired by former Arkansas athletics director Frank Broyles with 10 games remaining in the season.

The game was bad from the start. Tyler Wilson threw a pick on the second play from scrimmage. We never could get a running game going even with a tailback on the Hesiman watch list. We really couldn't block anyone even though the only sacked Wilson once. But, that once was once too many as he was knocked out of the game just before half time with a concussion. Of course, the brilliance that is John L. Smith, he moved our backup QB to wide receiver in the spring so our backup is a redshirt freshman, and he played like it. We can't blame it all on them though. Our stellar (big dose of sarcasm here) defense never - NEVER showed up. How the hell can a midmajor college convert on 7 of 8 fourth downs including the game winner in over time when it was 4 & 9 and he gets 15 and a touchdown? **** I am sick! BTW, you wouldn't
t beleive the number of people who called in sick to work today.

That car may have ULM" on the side but I betcha it has Arkansas tags on it. EVERYONE wants his ass gone and they don't care WHO finishes out the season. it can't get any worse.

BTW, that's some funny shit.
