Jason Garrett, Wade Phillips and Tony Romo need to go, in that order. I don't know who came up with the pass to the flat or why they came up with it, but in the NFL today it makes as much sense as the option and Wishbone.
Wade Phillips walks the sideline like a half wit and Romo is one of the most charitable quarterbacks in the league. I mean he gives interceptions out like Shriners at a Labor Day parade.

Yeah...and he needs to turn his feckin' ballcap around too.

Maybe we should send Romo a new Rangers American League Champions hat to wear backwards.....

They are playing the New York Giants Monday night. Send him that hat and as he is trying to put it on, he would miss his head and it would wind up on a NY Giants defensive back's head.

Problem is finding someone that will put up with Jerry's crap. He wants a head coach that will do what he wants them to do. Not what's best for the team. Jerry still sees it as a business venture where the players are merely commodities to be traded. He hasn't built any cohesion in a team since 1993.

Jerry Jones is the best Owner in sports. Unfortunately he is also the worst General Manager....:beat:
