:iagree: Your heart can only take so much and he is just a walking time bomb at this point. He might not get the chance to try to lose weight at 500lbs. There comes a point in time when you have to realize by being that overweight you might not get the chance to lose the weight before your body gives out. It's sad mostly for the families watching their loved ones kill themselves and the kids that miss out on having a parent around.
