I'd like to buy a client a gift certificate to a Portland restaurant, nice place but not over the top. Let's say $100 or $150 for the cert. Any recommendations for a non-chain decent establishment? :bigears:

I just sent an email to a good friend of mine who lives right around Portland and asked her. I'll let you know when she replies.:seasix:

Here are my favorites - Screen Door, Firehouse, Jake's Famous Crawfish, Dragonwell Bistro and Portland City Grill.

In Portland this week on business. Had a great meal at Jakes last night.
Hard to go wrong with seafood in this town:seasix:

Let's not forget the Ringside if they like steaks.
And yeah, we have crawfish. Tualatin (suburb of PDX) has a festival every year.
