The state of California issues an annual award to 12 "businesses and government entities" that it deems have done an excellent job in reducing pollution, blah, blah, blah. Totally ****ing stupid award.

Where I work won the award this year, along with a high school, THE CITY OF SACRAMENTO, and a few other worthless government offices. :rofl:

I'm not sure anyone outside of the council that picks the finalists knows.

HOW they award it?? simple, same way they award other .gov contracts, from roads to schools to whatever.....

toss all the names in a hat/bag and get some stupid .gov overweight squeeling pig secretary to draw the winners.....
