Ahh.. Sold my last flip 2 months back. Been lazy about looking for another one. Need to kick that into high gear actually.

Our last "flip" backfired for a variety of reasons. Had a few years of nice, consistent multi-family properties that are still solid rentals.
This one was a much bigger project that I over estimated, mostly due to time needed.
Fortunately, we're about break even on it and shortly, when 2 units are rented, we'll be well in the black.
Really looking to do a commercial deal next. Still in the homework phase.

I was asking for the positive vibes because my wife was interviewing for and was offered a job with a significant salary increase. She actually signed the offer letter yesterday evening. With her salary and bonus she bell be almost double what she was making previously. :afrocool:

We're celebrating by ditching the kids at the grandparents place and heading to Vegas for 4 days in 2 weeks. :rofl:

Best thing about this Vegas trip is its only costing me $150 out of pocket for flight and hotel. We were at The Palms back in June and are on their promo list. We got a discounted room for 3 nights and are using miles accumulated through work for the air fare. :seasix:
