Anybody go to this down at the convention center this weekend? just curious.

Yea the wife and I went they had some interesting cars. I seen Joe's (zz4vetteguy) car but not him his car was looking good in the show. The guy that has done some painting for me had 2 cars in the auction they didn't sell on Saturday I don't know what happed on Sunday. I took some pics but most turned out dark.

I was there, I was there. Kevin, when were you there? I was there from 8am till 9pm on Saturday except for about 2 hours when I ran to dinner with my folks...and all day Sunday...although I am guessing you were there Saturday since it was nasty out Sunday.

I heard they were about 100 cars shy this year from last year, but there were still a LOT of gorgeous cars there. I will have some pics up in a few days, I took a little over 200 pics that I have to go though, clean up, and such.

BTW, I won a sponsor's choice award...ironically, Eastern Truck & Accessories picked my car for their award.

My father reluctantly took the day off the Friday that load-in was on to help me clean, and was a "it's fine, it's fine, it's fine" all day long...but once we got inside the convention center, I guess his old school show days instincts came rushing back because all of a sudden he was into it, pointing out dirt and cleaning in places that GM designers didn't know that the Corvette had. :hurray:
