I am looking for a small vacuum release valve or button

I would prefer 1/4 inch barb or a 3/8 outside diameter fitting but I could make just about anything work.

Old headlight control relay?? or you handling gasoline/water?? use a manual fuel changeover valve for boat fuel tanks?? need it be electrical?? get one from boating or maybe RV place, I have one before the pump, on the MH with two fuel tanks

You should be able to get a ball valve with 1/4" barbed fittings on each end that will work.
