If you have bought shoes from finish line in the past 3 months or so, could be even longer. They gave my credit card info to sports illustrated for a 2 year subscription, I just got hit for $50 for 2 different magazines, better check your credit cards and call sports illustrated to have your info removed.

How do you know it was them?

The merchant number on my american express allowed me to call them and it was the finishline customer service line for the sports illustrated partnership

holy crap if they did that I wonder if they violated any laws.

I'd be epically pissed! :cuss: :beat:

Apparently when I bought shoes from them 3 months ago you got 3 free sports illustrated magazines, well is what they didn't tell me is I had to call them and cancel it once I was home to cancel the order for a subscription to the magazine, so since I didn't they take it on them selves to charge your card that was used at the store, Legal, but sketchy

I agree, but when the OP started getting SI, he should have called and put a stop to it. Always have to read the fine print...

Hopefully he at least got the swimsuit issue as part of his 3 free mag subscription before the paid subscription kicked in.

That is why I refuse such deals, they count on you not reading the fine print.

You cannot enter a transferable contract on a point of sale.
That is utter bullshit.

When you make a purchase on your credit card that is all you are making at the point of sale. Whatever is on your receipt.

You can't pull that shit here. You'd be dealt with real quick.
