that guy is just a douche. Swore to us he couldn't spend a dollar more on this car, his wife wouldn't let him spend a dime on it after he bought it, tried to talk us down on a mint condition car - and since he's bought it, he's just molested it. Gluing on a spoiler, sticking zo6 vents on a vert, putting a warper C3 hood on it....etc. It's just a shame, and then months later and out of the blue calls dixie an asshole. Just arrogant IMO.

Been a member of DC since the day it was started, but don't think I have a single post there.

Site just never appealed to me.

Man - I sold that guy a beautiful 2000 Torch Red Convertible in excellent shape and he the proceeded to glue crap onto it and make it look terrible.

I still lurk on DC (not for much longer) and run across where he called me an asshole. :confused:

I dunno - I only lurk there to read anyway.

beats me - I guess because I would not come off my price when I sold him my car. I told him that was the price whether he wanted it or not.

I started hanging out on DC after the Dale incident. It's okay. Lower traffic. I don't find the OT area quite as interesting. When I want tech stuff, there are other forums I check first.

I've been a member over there for a year or 2. There are some nice people there but I never really clicked w/ anyone. I started talking to Amy (Hincappie) over there, tho' - she's good people.

I got banned over there - told that guy I didn't appreciate his comment and called him a liar when he was buying the red vert from us......never even cursed at him. What a joke of a site....no wonder it's always so dead over there! :rofl:

I just never liked the whole Smurfvette look. I liked Patrick back when he was on CF posting his art. I never thought he'd make DC as much of it as he has.

Just saw that this morning. I emailed the admin over there and they say my banning was accidental, and blamed it on a technical error (not the fact that Dixie and I share an IP)

And it's so low that they changed Dixie's post. Yeah, we are jealous. Of our old car that he's mutilated. At least that jerk came back on page two and said he wasn't thinking when he posted. :beat:
