Three rounds on target in 14 seconds? That is one hell of a weapon system and it has illuminating rounds, HE, and bomblets so it can engage anything within its range.
The U.S. Army equivalent is the M109A6 which has a sustained rate of fire of one round every 20 seconds.
Regardless of which is firing, if you are on the receiving end - bend over and kiss your ass goodbye.
