$210 million is a pretty big hit, but since their net profit for 2011 was $3.1 billion (http://money.cnn.com/quote/financials/financials.html?symb=COF), I'm thinking they will survive. However, if your business model requires you to sell unneeded products to uneducated customers, then how well can you do with Big Brother looking over your shoulder?
