At 4:30 pm, temperature outside, ~ 8 miles from my house, was 111°F.

Our temps finally got down in the 80's starting yesterday..Last week it was near or at 100 degrees here every day..We had a monster storm that knocked out our electric for 3 1/2 days..It got so hot fish were dying and floating to the top in the pond next to my house. "But never again", I just bought a big propane generator to hook into my house's electrical system so I can run almost everything when the powers out, including the A/C....:D...WW
Low 90's here today and a little rain. :dance:

I'd like to let you all know that I'm washing The Ghost, cleaned the wheels and hosed the engine bay. I may start a thread on that explaining all products I used and will ask for opinions.:rofl:

75 out here today. A sweet relief from the the past few days of blistering low 80's.......the land of rain keeps it humid-been working on my 1964 Merc outboard in the sun and dying in the process...

Mobil 1 10W30. Should I switch to Pennzoil 0W40? That one has more zinc.
