Is that from the Kaleco catalog?
Anything with enough wattage to actually cook multiple burgers is going to fry (pun intended) the cigarette lighter wiring harness, and probably the fuse block as well.
The only way that contraption could possibly work as advertised is if it had alligator clamps that attach directly to the battery. Cigarette lighter or auxillary power port wiring is much too light to handle the load of cooking burgers.

From an actual review (it is real)
I work for a utility company and I work out in the field. So I spend about $250 a month on lunch usually fast food or at a diner depending on the area I am at. Then I came across this grill. I thought wow I could to save some money using this grill. Got the grill followed the instruction and the hot plates were only warm to the touch. I did not even try to cook with it because it was just not hot enough.

180 watts can cook fairly easily.
I just wonder who's going to pay for my dry cleaning, as I spilled my beer on my jacket during the crash:sadangel:

They already have laws about distracted driving, no need detailed variations.

I'm still holding out for the coffee maker. I've got heated coffee cups, but I only have 2 cup holders, I need to be able to re-fill my coffee while waiting in traffic.

That costs money. I Car-B-Q for free. Just slap a coupla burgers on the exhaust manifold and away I go. An added bonus is the smell of burning cow filling my car as I drive along.
