Actually, i got home from El Paso (TX's litter box) Saturday evening. As soon as I pulled up, my neighbor met me in the driveway and informed me that somebody went through his Jeep and work truck looking for stuff. They left all of his tools, cd's, etc and took a grand total of $.85. The next night, I came home after a night out and stood int he garage watching a group of teens about three houses down who were out loudly having fun in the street (about 2am). Cops got a call when I saw them walking down the road looking into cars. Them ****ers can run and did that when they saw me turn on the light in my garage and saw me standing there.

Theory is these same shit heads have been doing it for a while and the police said they've been "trying" to watch them a little more closely. I went inside before the police showed up, though. These kids have also been caught going into back yards of vacant houses to smoke weed and stuff, too, so I'm confident it's these same little shits.

And no, i didn't bring out "the Handle." Not a good idea (legally) when you've had a few drinks.

We don't really NEED 4x4 out here in the flat and with no snow.... The mud up at the ranch requires a lot more than just a 4x4 to drive through....including but not limited to the use of the excavator to get unstuck, so might as well limit the highway trucks for highway use, and the play toys for off road. JMHO

Nice truck DJ. You will like the way the EcoBoost is tuned in the truck compared to the flex. They do like to have a clean air filter every 20k miles of so. They are only $10 at any of the auto parts stores.

I have 33k on my EcoBoost and it has been flawless.

Your point is good, don't need it for highway use. But, the Dodge gets used for work, hunting, towing, hauling, etc. Never been stuck on the ranch, and I get where I need to go during the ice storms.
