Issued some years ago, and on what was THEN a fairly new if not new vehicle....maybe even a transfer tag.....Florida sun will eat hell out of most vehicles....amazing the peel off clear/color coating I see here....

blow up that pix to OEM size, and it looks to me like it's several layers thick....
