:iagree:
Yep, also do it all the time. I've also been known to eat cheeseburgers in the morning. My food choices not "time sensitive". Never have been.

:iagree:
We don't have time (or more appropriately, don't want to spend the time) to make pancakes, french toast, waffles, etc., in the mornings. Except for special occasions, dinner is the only time we do that much for breakfast.

Well ,I know what I'm having for dinner tonight,Thanks Mike.We used to love to go to Shoney's on thursday nights because they had all you can eat breakfast ,now the closest Shonney's to Augusta Ga. is in Columbia S.C.
Any time I can. I'm a big fan of eggs/bacon/sausage/omelet/hash browns/etc, why limit the time in which the good grease can be enjoyed?

Breakfast is good any time of the day (or night). I have even had breakfast for breakfast, lunch and dinner. When I was still living at home (a long, long time ago), we frequently had breakfast for Sunday supper.

well, given my virtually incapacitated state, i'm at my vegan daughters mercy...she gave me vegan sausage for breakfast...it technically wasn't breakfast, because I ate it at lunch time...it didn't taste too bad, and when you're hungry, you'll eat whatever is put in front of you :lol:

Then at least tell your daughter that, if the tables are ever turned, she's getting a forced diet of pork sausage, beef jerky, and and chicken wings. Do unto others, and all that...

she's not so entrenched in veganism that she would oppose that, if that was all that was available...she's the one that is able to drive, so she goes to the store and buys what she wants to cook....if I want to behave like a petulant child, I can go without...I'm OK with that....
on a side note, she does make really good guacamole!!!:seasix: (which, incidentally, I could live on)

Whenever I'm tired of eating the same ole stuff for dinner, I always revert to a semi-breakfast dinner. Like a couple of fried egg sandwiches on toasted bread with mayo, sharp cheddar cheese, a slice of tomato, and bacon. With Doritos on the side. :yesnod:

I just made a 3 egg omelet with broccoli, chopped up turkey cold cuts, red onion, and black olives cut from their core.
I only eat eggs once a month and a maximum of 3 at that. I had a friend keel over and die. The thing I remember the most aboot him was every morning at the pool hall he would eat 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast and a few pieces of bacon.
Turned me off eating eggs so they are limited in my diet.

It's hard to imagine how a healthy lifestyle could evolve from breakfast at the pool hall every morning.:D

No kidding. :D
He was a good man. We called him Uncle Bobby. He was 6' 8" 300lbs. A Hells Angel originally from Montreal. Large Hells Angels Tat that covered his whole back.
He's the one who helped me on the straight and narrow and was available 24/7 for any of us at the pool hall.
He died in 6 months of Lymphatic cancer. RIP Uncle Bobby.
He was less then half of his original weight when he died.
It was the saddest thing I ever seen.
