You all might know that my wife is from Houston, and that we'd like end up there eventually. Well, I have an interview on July 17th. The position would be a significant pay increase and really seems to combine what I do currently, and what I've done in the past for previous employers. I took a risk and directly contacted the Executive Director about the position. She was impressed with my initiative and found my resume to be impressive. When they called to set up the interview she asked about the possibility of relocating. So, in the very least they are entertaining the thought of me in that position. That's a big deal, because we're not exactly close to Houston right now. We're hoping this is our chance to get down there!

It'd be a great job for me personally, as it would allow me to 'move up the ladder' professionally and financially. So please, any prayers, well wishes, and even smartassed comments are appreciated. (and shet):seasix:

Just got the suit back from the tailor, makes a BIG difference. I'm definitely not a suit wearing kind of guy, but it felt 'nice'. Felt a little like Barney Stinson:) Will obviously be wearing a tie, and my face will be shaved...
