I'm now experiencing the issue and I blame it on DropTheTop. :yesnod: I have been cursed as I dd not buy the CLB from him. (http://www.thevettebarn.com/forums/c5-corvette-parts-sale-wanted/1649-fs-column-lock-bypass-module-clb-1997-2004-a.html#post20492)

Still looking into the problem and I ran across this two part video.

There seems to be any number of things that can set the column lock off. I wouldn't mess with it and get CLB on there FAST! JMO......:leaving:

I have a CLB you can have for free. When I bought mine a while back I bught two of them. PM your address and I will ship it to you on Monday.

You won't have to fill the bottle much if you don't get the column lock fixed. Think of the money you'll save! :lolsmile:

This was interesting. Out of 400 vettes with column lock issues Paul found out that 88% were voltage related.
