I feel about the same, but over ten years ago I lost a bundle in some stupid car shop here, the prime mover AND his wife died of cancer years ago....

then I was stupid enough to try it again with internet related shit, and so Douglas K. Johnson left me high and dry and William F. Tschanen who is still alive, did the same.....

so back into home remodeling for some 8 years, and thankfully about 4 years ago, I reversed out on the house mortgage, and so 'owe' 115k on a house barely worth ~75, about what I paid for it.....

screw the system, the system did nothing to help ME dealing with crooks, so I feel I got it coming.....freeking lawyers and bullshit courts not worth a crap....
