It's too damn cold!!!!!

Man, I have the thermostat set on 78deg and I am still freezing!!! I guess I've gotten to used to the TX heat. At least the heat here isn't as bad as The Heat in Miami :D

Actually, indoor comfort is a function of both temperature and humidity.

When you feel uncomfortable at a temperature setting that you used to feel comfortable in cooler weather, its probably due to the ac running for longer periods in the present hotter weather. These days, you are feeling the drier air, which is caused by the air conditioner running for longer periods of time if you don't bump up the thermostat setting during the hotter months.

Same thing is happening at my house. My comfortable setting in March was around 74. Now it's around 77-78.

Today, with the very heavy (100%) cloud cover, I had to bump it back down to 74 to feel comfortable today.
