Spent a few hours at my friends shop tonight doing work on y 2002 Expedition.
Replaced the idler arm and changed the plugs as well as the air filter.
This is what came out of the truck. 245,000kms. Roughly 155,000 miles on the truck.

I bought the truck with 215k on it and it never skipped a beat. Lately it's been burning a lot of oil(need to add a litre a month) and white smoke on start-up every few days.
Decided it was time to look at the plugs. I pulled a plug a few days ago and it was so bad I just replaced it at that time. Which is why all you see is the remainder 7 plugs.
Air filter was changed and is changed every year since I've had it. So 3 times so far.
