Are you talking about Val? (Loco Vette)

The tracks out back have a section where the tracks are spliced together with bolts and steel plates. One bolt was out completely and a couple others are loose. Wondering how serious that is and who to contact to get it fixed.

Since Val is at BR, contact the local police ( non emergency number ) and explain what you found. They will know who is responsible for that section of track upkeep and will contact them.

Call them NOW !!!

Put some motor oil on the tracks at that location so that the train will have less resistance to the trouble area.

Cheap azz.

Go down to the hardware store and get a Grade 8 bolt and replace the damn thing.

Send them the bill.

No use getting half the world involved.

For future reference go to the nearest signal box (lighted crossing gate) and there is usually an 1-800 # posted on the side of the box.

Probably get better results using a Susan B. Anthony dollar coin.........
