Juuuuuuuust a bit before my time.
But, we did this during a "sock hop" at a '50s style dance in Jr. High. :leaving:
My GF at the time had the poodle skirt, white ruffle blouse along with a pink ribbon in her blond hair.
I had the white shirt, pencil thin tie, penny loafers and black slacks with the cuffs rolled up to see the white socks.
Oh, and a "little dab will do ya" Brylcream in my Pompadour.

i wasnt a gleem in either parents eye in that year. :leaving:
Perhaps the lamest beginning to line dancing ever. The people who add spins are the most pathetic because they thought it was fancy.
Please don't let there be video of me in the late 70's...

Actually, "moves" were expected, as to "out-do" couples before you. Some were really creative, others, not so much.
Note: Chaperones, usually teachers, were always on the alert for suggestive moves. (Kinda like certain people on that other forum.)
