Is it wrong to ask out a customer?
In terms of being a lawyer, or a doctor I would say yes for sure, but in my business I'm not too sure.

I think it is but just checking.

Sure, it's Okay. If I wasn't married, I would be interested in several of my customers. Do her on the couch in your office.:seasix::hurray:

And we'll need pics of the customer.

not at all - just don't make it too uncomfortable for him, make sure you ask after they pick up the product.

No it isn't wrong, improper, illegal, immoral, unethical, or fattening to ask a customer out.

However, the worst case scenario is, it could make things awkward to the point the customer goes elsewhere. Not necessarily though.

You have to decide if it's worth any potential downfall. It probably is ok... I say go for it.

Reminds me of a story (since you mentioned lawyers). This is true, BTW.

A lawyer was representing the wife in a divorce proceeding. She charged adultery, her husband charged her with the same thing.

Husband's lawyer: "Have you ever had sexual relations with a man other than your husband over the course of your marriage?"

Wife (after thinking a long time about the question): "Your Honor, do I have to answer that question?"

Judge: "Yes, you have to answer."

Wife: "Well, no one...other than my lawyer."

Seriously, it's something over 50% of relationships that start at your place of employment, even if you own it. :yesnod:

While I was in college, I cost my employer quite a few female customers.

Yes I have posted it before. Back in time at banned camp we would all be pretty damn brutal on each other with pics and words. But family was a line that was never crossed. I though that rule would be the same here. Guess I was wrong. :skep:

I made a joke about that to an old (female) boss and she asked if I would date someone if I knew they had bad credit. When I told her no, she got all pissed off and thought that was a terrible thing to say. I was just being honest. People fight about money all the time, why go into a relationship knowing that you don't see eye to eye on finances?

Exactly.
Finances has to be pretty high on the list of what couples argue about.
I wouldn't have dated someone that I knew was a financial wreck.

A buddy dated one that was HORRIBLE with her money, but an absolute sweetheart. 15 years later, they are married and she is the financially responsible one.
I guess people can change.

I Used to Work in Chicago

I used to work in Chicago, in a department store,
I used to work in Chicago. I did, but I don't anymore.
A lady came in, and asked for some cake
I asked her what kind she'd adore--
"Layer," she said, so layer I did
I don't work there anymore.

I used to work in Chicago, in a department store,
I used to work in Chicago. I did, but I don't anymore.
A lady came in, and asked for a fowl
I asked her what kind she'd adore--
"A goose," she said, so I gave her a goose
I don't work there anymore.

(similarly)

A lady came into the hat shop,
I asked, "What kind would you like?"
"Felt" she said, felt I did

A lady came in for a sleeper
I asked, "which berth would you like?"
"Upper" she said; Up 'er I did

A lady came in for a waterbottle
I said, "what kind would you like?"
"Rubber " she said; rub 'er I did

A lady came in for a sweater
I asked, "what kind would you like?"
"Jumper, she said"; jump 'er I did

A lady came in for a ticket
I asked, "Where would you like to go?"
"Bangor," she said; bang 'er I did

Also:
Hardware...nails....nail her I did
Hardware...screw....screw her I did
Fruit......plums....plumb her I did
Cinnamon...sticks...stick her I did
Peas.......split....split her I did
Milk.......cream....cream her I did
Covers.....spread...spread her I did
