Updated BRII schedule

A few weeks ago, IC started a thread asking everyone to chime in with the events that they planned to attend. This was to make sure that there was justification for the staff needed to run these events.

After gathering the totals, a few scheduled events have been cancelled, due to lack of interested participants needed. Unfortunately, the poker run and civil war scavenger hunt have been cancelled. (Poker tournemt at the hotel is still going.)

They are correct...Stage at 10:30 - leave, get to Yazoo about 11:30-12.

We will have lunch, then do the tour about 1pm. Tour will take about an hour and from 2-3 we can chill there at the brewery or head back to BG.

I will need to head back to get cooking (and beat traffic out of town) :seasix:

In scheduling the events, we had to make sure that there was enough time allotted to get to and from each location. When we were all talking about when to schedule what things, it's like a big puzzle being put together. Which pieces will fit where...what is open when...can we get the traveling activities planned early enough - while everyone is still sober...will they be back in time for other events...??? :D It was way more difficult than I thought it was going to be. :leaving:

The other two days have large tours with what appears to be the highest participation numbers (Yazoo and Maker's Mark). Some things were restricted, in terms of planning, due to tour times and business hours.

The brick dedication was placed on Saturday since the golf cart autocross is also at the NCM. There was an event (can't remember which one) between 11:30 and 2:00, but it was cancelled. It freed up some time, so I can check to see if the dedication can be pushed to 2:00 or so. I'm not sure what resources are needed for that, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Edit: Shot off an email about switching times. Not sure if it can be done this late in the game, but we'll see. :cheers:
