here's an article from a couple months back

A&A Supercharged Z06 Goes 9.52 @ 143 – New Record For Fastest Stock Bottom End LS6 « A&A Corvette Blog (http://www.aacorvette.com/blog/?p=2686)

got to watch him here at home this weekend and he backed it up (at 3,800 ft elevation) with a 9.52 and 147mph i think, which is supposedly another record for the stock bottom end.

Thing was screaming:cheers:

The article used a dirty word in the first sentence. :leaving:

Oh, and why is ALGZO6 not a member here? Or if he is, why doesn't he post?

I didn't catch that one over there. That is haulin' azz even for an auto conversion. :cert:
116 in the 1/8th?! :wow:

Picking up 27 mph on the big end; I'll bet there's another tenth or two in that set up with better air. :yesnod:

He's on CF :yesnod:

Maybe we should start a fast list over here as well in the drag racing section.

Yeah, I saw that, hence my dirty word comment. Just wondered why he wasn't over here too.

He hooked right on up at the launch.
I imagine he's done that a time or two.:cert:

Dang, one day I'm gonna have me one of those lopey-ass engines. Sweet.

he isn't an OT kinda guy. lives in the tech sections. He flew that bret guy out to help tune for the weekend. Super nice guy.

First couple runs were 10.5's. that last run of 9.52 and 147 was unreal. he said if he got to a 9.4 he was going to park it and get drunk.

Albert is the guy that talked me and my wife into our first vette, and introduced me to CF:cheers:

Noice! Always loved the tread pattern of those KDIIs. One of the best Summer performance tires I've run other than the Pilot Sports.

Very nice set up :cert: Methy for only 7 lbs of boost?

What are you looking at for new shoes to keep it planted? I'm having a similar dilemma with the same torque but a little less power.
I slapped on factory C6Z wheels with Michelin Pilot Sports but even the 325s go up in smoke above 3500 rpm under more than half throttle.

I run them in the cold and wet too. They've been great... A couple times with frost on the road and that's tricky... But I don't have the ground clearance to run in snow

I did a few light snow trips with them and always loved the strips of fire pattern they left behind. :cool1:

The meth was part of the package that EG did and the boost was set low since we kept the stock bottom end. It looks totally stock but when I start it I get a lot of WTF is that looks. :D

Will probably go with the Pilot Sports after the Goodyears wear out.
