Best Socks Ever. I know that's weird.

I got some Keen socks about a month ago. First thing I noticed was that they were marked "left" and "right". I thought "yeah, nice gimmick." and then put them on.

Turns out, my feet aren't shaped like tubes. The whole left/right thing actually works. I notice it when I put them on the wrong foot. Probably because the dang things actually have built in arch support. IN A SOCK!

I don't know what they are made of (seems like wool but I think it is synthetic) but my feed don't get hot. I can't believe I have become so attached to the stupid things but the reality is that I don't even think about my feet after 12 hours shooting in the sun or doing some crazy excursion.

They are a little pricey - (about $15 a pair) but I don't wear them everyday so I only need a few pairs. Perfect in hiking boots - they have a little extra bulk so my boots fit better.

I'm a Levis 501 guy. Don't dig the Wranglers or Lee. Those Ballroom commercials are funny as hell.

I also think moo moos are underrated.

Dillards sells them around here and some bike shops.

I have a couple pair for hiking, Boulder Canyon Crew's.

They were comfortable IIRC and my feet sweat a lot.

Only used them in my hiking boots, maybe I should get them out for everyday use.
