Bought it off the Apple refurb store, so I saved a nice chunk of change and I won't feel so bad when the Ivy Bridge versions come out later on.
-Mac Mini server - 2.0GHz quad core i7 (2.9GHz turbo) w/dual 500GB 7200rpm HDD's
-8GB memory kit from OWC
-Crucial M4 256GB SSD from Newegg (to replace one of the two 500GB drives)
The leftover drive will find a happy home in my older macbook pro.
This will be my primary workstation in the man cave, replacing my aging homebuilt Windows 7 desktop (with the ghetto plexi window and blue LED lights!)
Actually, not TOTALLY replacing it, since I'll still use the Big Blue Dinosaur for games-- the one thing the mini won't be good at. Not that I ever play games anymore.
