This is clearly a case of award forfeiture. Your award was confiscated because VB felt you were guilty of doing something wrong, couldn't prove anything that VB could charge you with, but we took your award anyway.

And, just to show you that the VB isn't all facist, your award was award redistributed to a more deserving person.

You can put up your other awards as bond and attempt to get your seized award back in VB court. It should only be a few years until you find out if you can get the stolen award back.

I had to explain this to DAB a while back, but the reason this happens, is because of how and when Experience awards points - when a person logs in.

Activity (which is nothing more than a measure of posts per day) is only applicable to a person when logged in. So take LATB for example, between 1/18/11 and 2/11/12, he racked up 13,587 posts, which put him at 99.9% activity level. But, since he hasn't logged in here since, that activity level is basically frozen there. Because it won't update (to reflect actual calendar time) until he logs in again, all that missing time in between is never accounted for.

So how did you lose the award? My guess was by not logging in here for a couple days or so. You, too, were stuck at an activity level about equal to Lars, but when you logged back in, that time you were gone suddenly became accounted for, and that's when your activity level dropped slightly below his, which cost you the award.


So, I guess this is something I will have to do periodically, is run a "recalculate activity", which will rid those inactive off the leaderboard, which is what I just did today. Lars is now at 0% activity, not the 99.9 it was before the recount.
