I know how he's doing this. It's just sleight of hand and magnets. Simple, really. See that big ring on his right hand? Rare earth magnet. Now to watch the rest.

I'm guessing two of those that are on top are half coins with magnets and when they are bounced up into the air they snap together forming what appears to be a single coin, while he slaps another coin under the table.
