Pontoon is too slow, this one does almost 50 mph ( gps verified )

Didn't watch the video, but since carp was mentioned, thought I'd share the best carp recipe ever.
1 season carp with lemon and butter
2 heat grill to 350 with 2x4 Plank of your choice
3 cook carp on board ten minutes each side
4 remove carp, throw away, eat board:cheers:

Not quite an edible fish from what I have heard in the past...However, you island guys could make a steak dinner out of a cardboard box...

I'm not a fisherman, but I don't think they were carp.
Carp are bottom feeders and thus why they aren't considered good eats.
I've never seen them jump like that, at least where I grew up.

I haven't tried carp, but heard if they are cooked right, they can be good.
