He's an investment guru and English user extraordinaire. He's also very quick in his replies. You should bow down in the presence of greatness. :D

I saw that. 240,000,000,000 in annuities last years. Thats where eh "Smart" money is going. Like Cisco in 2000 and Real estate in 2007.

Wonder if he is counting the lottery annuities in that figure?

If he hadn't called me needledick, I might have, at least, nodded, if not actually bowing down.

If someone becomes "brain dead" enough to engage him in any arguement. I will just sit back and enjoy. They are on their own.

C'mon, I'm a down-to-earth fun kinda guy who farts frequently and puts his pants on one leg at a time. I tried both legs one time but I fell down. Same thing for shoes...there are two ways to tie laces: one is good for walking around, the other is only good for falling down. You learn this shit as a kid...me, a little older.

I truly respect your intellect and witty banter. My comment was not intended to sound negative all. :cert:

I read that entire thread, and note the negatives about reverse mortgages.....

due to BAD business dealings that wiped my out, basically, starting in '98 and ending in '02, I ended up with a HELOC on this house, and the bank being dicks about it, jacking up interest rates I did a stupid at age 62 the house being worth 180k, having paid 75 for the joint in '97, I laid it off with a normal first trust, mistake, should have reversed out then and had some 50 grand in my pocket.....but NO, I waited another two years, then when it appraised at 160k, I took the reverse out....recovered nearly nothing, but trick is, no payments, they send statement every month, house lucky to get 70 today, if that, and the lien they have is for 115k......

all I have to do it pay prop taxes....700 bux/year....

:issues::rofl: that reverse essentially saved my ass.....
