Nicely detailed. You like it?

I never really got the feel for a ball-type shift knob. I had one in the C5 for a while, great for low height and shorter throw, but just wasn't for me.

Same one I've got! Have the hardest time keeping it tight though, but I suspect it has more to do with the shifter than the ball.

I like the feel of it. Good pick!

I never really liked the ball type shifters in a C5 until I found this one. And I like it better than I thought I would. The stock knob just didn't fit well in my hand. When I took it off, it was all lopsided on the bottom left corner from it being square instead of round.

I put lock tight on it and then tightened the crap out of the locking nut. I may never get off again if I want to. I also have an MGW shifter, I don't know if that makes a difference.

I like your console cover a lot. What source was it from?
