Best way to reactivate XM

I turned XM off in my wife's car and my Avalanche a few months ago.

She's hating terrestrial radio, so I was thinking about getting her a 1 year subscription in her car again.

Can I get it reactivated w/o paying a reactivation fee? What is the best deal to do for a 1 year deal?
