Somebody was telling me the other day about wrapping asparagus in bacon. Apparently gets baked. I'd never heard of it before but it sounds mighty good to me. Reckon I will be trying some of that before too long.

My wife took dates, stuffed them with blue cheese and wrapped bacon around and baked. Pretty darn good.

I like the wilted salad and asparagus ideas.

I have also done a grilled romaine Caesar with bacon that is pretty damn tasty.

They sell bacon bits for putting on salads... Great idea but a little too much like chewing on rocks to me.
