Been traveling in my pickup for a couple of weeks during my vacation. I got home last night and was unpacking this morning and the amount of dust on the Vette looked pretty bad. I didn't have time to wash but took it for a short spin to blow some of the dust off. On top of that, while waiting in line for a light, a couple of gals in the car beside me hooted at me, or I should say my car. Now, I feel better and can finish unpacking. :D

Doesn't that make your day! I had these 3 bikers pass me up on the way home Sunday from work. The couple on one of the bikes gave my car a big smile, with the chick on the back giving me the thumb up as they passed! I smiled and waved back! Made me feel good.

It is always great to have others appreciate the Vette. Seems like everyone back home was disappointed I didn't bring the Vette this time, but I had to much stuff to haul. This fall I plan on taken it on vacation and hope to get some good photo shots.

We'll be looking forward to seeing those good vacation shots of yours! :camera: I'll be doing the same thing this summer when I come up to see family and hang out at Carlisle.

I don't know if I can make Carlisle this year. My next vacation back home will be in September.
