The bullet is still a prototype, but if it passes further testing conducted by a private firm, the bullet will be accessible to recreational shooters, law enforcement and the military.

:lol: I'm guessing the cost might be a little high for recreational use.

didn't look at video, but maybe the shooter/spotter can "paint" the target with the laser?

They were nowhere near a mile from them in that case... relatively short range as far as snipers are concerned.
