Police: Intoxicated Patrons Fall Asleep At Restaurant

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Louisville Metro Police arrest two people Sunday night who they said were intoxicated and fell asleep at an area restaurant.
According to arrest records, officers were called to the Tumbleweed in the 4200 block of Outer Loop after a man and woman were reported to have been sleeping there.
When officers arrived, police said they found 29-year-old Erica Johnson and 25-year-old Joshua Bandy slumped over asleep at a table.
When officers awakened the couple, police said both had red, glassy eyes and slurred speech.
Police said upon further investigation, officers found a pill bottle with three Xanax bars and one Opana pill that were not prescribed to her. Police said they also found a small bag of marijuana in Johnson's possession.
Johnson and Bandy were both charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.
In addition, Johnson was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
