Lars, comment please.....
I have NO experience with tile roofs, but I have seen them and wondered about just that kind of stuff, much less water getting blown up/under the tiles...

properly installed...a clay or concrete tile roof will last 2 lifetimes....probably longer.
keep in mind, the tile sheds most of the water, but the real waterproofing is under the tile. some lay the tiles in mud over 42 lb aggregate impregnated roofing felt...others screw the tiles on 1x or 2x strips laid over simular waterproofing paper.
most are now using rolled peel & stick underlayment on the plywood under the tile roof. many, including my new build, use the peel & stick under fiberglass shingles.
and the OP video: the bats are under the tiles, looked like a nest...not in the attic. as far as I could see from the vid.
I've had several homes w/ tile roofing...because the subdivision or the market required it. I would not choose tile given option.

Tile is not as good as white painted shingles, but I guess it will do.
